// The moments we find

Seven moments we can put you in front of

Every one of these is a person who needs your trade, right now, deciding who to call in the next four minutes. Your phone only tells you about the ones who already found you. This is the work happening just outside that — and it is exactly what we go looking for.

02:47 — TUESDAY

A pipe lets go under the kitchen. She is on the bathroom floor, soaked and furious, typing with one thumb while the other hand holds a towel down.

She calls the first three results. You are not in them.

That job was booked before you woke up.

18:20 — THE BACKGROUND CHECK

Someone gave him your name at a barbecue. He is not calling yet — he is searching your business first, the way anyone does now.

He finds two reviews from 2023 and a page that will not load on his phone.

He calls the referral's second choice instead. Nobody tells you.

11:05 — THE DRIVEWAY

Your van is in front of the house. The neighbour across the street watches the work, then searches the trade rather than walking over to ask.

Your competitor's page loads first. He books them.

You did the advertising. They took the job.

08:14 — THE AI ANSWER

She asks her phone who to call. She gets one paragraph and three names, and never sees a list of ten blue links at all.

Those three came from pages written to be quotable. Yours was not.

You were not beaten on price. You were not in the sentence.

ALL WEEK — THE QUIET STREETS

You cover eleven neighbourhoods. Your website mentions one of them, on a page nobody has updated since it was built.

The other ten searches never surface you.

The trucks drive through them every day.

THE INVOICE — FIRST OF THE MONTH

The lead site bills you for forty leads. You reached nine. Four of those had already hired someone — because the same lead was sold to four contractors at once.

You paid for the right to race. The searcher who typed your trade and your city never saw your name at all.

That is rent. A listing that ranks is a deed.

THE SILENT NO

He found you, opened the site, and left in four seconds. No call, no form, no bounce message.

Nothing about that visit reaches you.

The only number you have is the one that already rang.

// See yours

We can find yours

These are your city's moments, not generic examples — and nobody has mapped them for you, because nobody has looked. Answer three questions and you get an estimate on the spot, then we go and find the real ones. If it turns out there are few, we will say so; that is a real answer too.

// How this works

Three steps to being the one they find

01

You answer three questions

Trade, calls a week, roughly where they come from. No cost and nothing to install. You see an estimate immediately.

02

We go and find them

A person runs the real searches for your city by hand — the phrasings customers actually use, not the ones software guesses — and records who currently gets found for each. One business day. We take only a handful a week, which is why it is discovered rather than generated.

03

You decide who gets found

Keep the map either way. If you want us to build the pages that put you in front of those searches, it is $500 a month on a 12-month agreement, and the site is yours from the first day.

// The offer

$500 a month. 12 months. The site is yours from day one.

The terms, in full

  • $500 a month. Flat. Not a starting price, not a tier — that is the number, and it is printed here rather than saved for a call.
  • The build is included. Pages, tracking, the lot. There is no setup fee and no deposit.
  • 12 months, signed before we start. $6,000 across the term. Below a year the work has not had time to show, so we do not sell it.
  • The price never moves. $500 in month one is $500 in month twelve. No escalator, no annual uplift, no renegotiation halfway — the number you sign is the number for the whole term.
  • The site is yours. Built on your domain, in your name. Take it anywhere you like, whenever you like — the 12 months is a commitment to the work, not a claim on what we build for you.

The part we would rather you heard from us: month one usually feels quiet. New sites take time to be trusted, and anyone promising calls in week one is selling you something. We do not work for free and we do not build for free — if a month of this costs more than a job is worth to you, the numbers do not work and you should not sign. And if nobody at your shop will text three customers a week for reviews, this will not work either. We would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

5
New clients we take a month

It is not a countdown timer. Five is what two builders can do properly in a month. When they are gone the next opening is next month.

// Straight answers

The questions owners actually ask

$500 a month. What is the catch?

Cost geography, and nothing else. Our team is not on a US payroll, so the same work carries a different cost base — we are not discounting it, we are pricing it from where it is made. The catch you are looking for would be a setup fee or a price that moves in month four. There is neither. It is $500, it stays $500, and the whole term is $6,000.

Why do I have to commit to 12 months?

Because a year is how long this work takes to compound, and anything shorter would have you judging it halfway through. New pages take two to three months to be trusted and start ranking; the months after that are where the calls actually arrive. A short agreement would mean paying for the slow part and stopping right before the part you paid for. The commitment is to the work, not to us — the site is built on your domain, in your name, and you can take it anywhere you want at any point. We settle the term up front so it is agreed while you are still deciding, rather than raised after we have handed you something.

Is anything free?

The report is, and that is where it ends. We do not build for free and we do not work free — a company that gives away the build has to make it back somewhere you cannot see, and you would be paying for it either way. What you get instead is a price that never moves and a site that is yours from the first day — on your domain, in your name, portable the moment you want it.

Is this just a sales trick to get me on a call?

The report is the work sample. Every assumption behind your number is printed inside it, so you can check the math, and it includes what our fee would have to return to be worth paying. If your number comes back small, the report says so — we would rather lose the sale than argue with a spreadsheet you can read.

Why does it take a business day?

Because a person runs the searches and reads the results. We take a limited number each week for exactly that reason. Anything instant is a template with your city pasted into it.

I already have someone doing this.

Then the report costs you nothing and tells you whether they are winning. Ask them to walk you through it. If they can, that is money well spent and we will say so.

You are overseas. How is the quality?

Same work, different payroll map — that is the entire reason the price works. You do not have to take our word for it: the report lands in your inbox before any money changes hands, and it is the same standard as the build.
